Hope Perches
Here's what I've gotten done so far. Of course, what you can't see are the 3 1/2 letters I had to redo because I put one x in the wrong spot, or that I didn't center it very well on the fabric. But other than those things, it's going fine! I don't even mind having to keep restarting with each new letter. It's probably not possible to tell that the floss for the letters is different from that of the bird. They are both Carrie's Threads; one is Peacock and the other is Indigo. I would have liked a little bit more contrast but they are both pretty floss colors. The birds will have a kind of autumn yellow color, and that will brighten things up a bit.

Thank you for the tag. I will get around to blogging once the girls have gone back to school next week. It's been half term here this week so I haven't had chance.
Very cute start--you've been keeping quite busy :)
